The Chamber Quiz will be hosted by both Chertsey and Egham Chambers of Commerce on Thursday 29th April 2010 Please arrive by 7.30pm in the Foyer, then the quiz will take place in the Warren Room
Teams of up to 8 people You are welcome to make up a team of friends, family, work colleagues, etc
Cost is £10 per person Meal choices: Fish & Chips or Vegetarian Pizza & Chips
Please print out and fill in the booking form, then send it with your payment. Confirmation of booking will be sent via email.
We would appreciate a donation of raffle prize, raffle to be drawn on the night.
